We work in 16-week cycles so that we can easily reevaluate our strategy, methods, and people, and make any necessary changes.

ONBOARD and SETUP

We will schedule a date for our onboarding session. If your account involves an FBU sourced Outreach Coordinator, they will be scheduled to onboard on that date as well. The onboarding session will allow the FBU team to learn about your business and goals through our process which involves an hour and a half discussion surrounding 10-12 items. Out of that discussion, FBU will create an action plan that will be logged on our proprietary tracking system.

EXECUTE and TRACK

Each week the Outreach Coordinator or client provided employee will conduct the outreach activities discussed in the onboard session, logging all activities and scheduling you or your team for meetings and pitches that come out of our efforts.

COMMUNICATE and CREATE

The Outreach Coordinator or client provided employee and FBU will have regular communication so we can motivate, troubleshoot, strategize, or create content needed for outreach.

REVIEW and RENEW

Around week 12, we will review our progress and discuss renewing for another 16 weeks so we can roll right into the next contract without skipping a beat.

PUSH or PIVOT

Depending on your contract, we will connect either weekly or monthly for a virtual status meeting to discuss actions and results and pivot as needed.
